Exemplary for this 31 contemporary artists from different generations have been invited who use photographic images in the broadest sense as a starting point for their work: as a conceptual reference, as a sketch of ideas, or as a formal basis for the further working process in various media. A pictorial collection of snapshots, prints, photocopies, magazines, and books will be on display \u2013 united in an expansive installation.<span><br \/>Idea and organisation: Katharina Maderthaner &amp; Christian Schreckenberger (Neuer Kunstraum), Thyra Schmidt &amp; Hannes Norberg (Neue Fotografie, D\u00fcsseldorf)<\/span><\/p><p><br \/>Die internationale Ausstellung widmet sich der Fotografie als Inspirationsquelle in der bildenden Kunst. Exemplarisch sind hierf\u00fcr 31 zeitgen\u00f6ssische K\u00fcnstlerinnen und K\u00fcnstler verschiedener Generationen eingeladen, die im weitesten Sinne fotografische Bilder als Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr ihr Schaffen nutzen: als konzeptuelle Referenz, als Ideenskizze oder als formale Grundlage f\u00fcr den weiteren Arbeitsprozess in diversen Medien.
